I appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff. They really were very good too make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast had several options available, so you find something good. I saw the breakfast staff move fast in cleaning tables!
The air conditioning lacked settings. It was only on or off.

the location was convenient, placing me within easy walking distance of topkapi palace. hagia sophia, the basilica cistern, and the blue mosque were also easily accessible. the tram line nearby simplified travel to other areas. breakfast provided a wide assortment of options.
I noticed only a small detail. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint.

The staff demonstrated helpfulness. Zeki and sinan were particularly professional and friendly, they helped with recommendations. every request was handled promptly and with attention to detail. i felt supported .

the breakfast buffet offered many choices, including traditional dishes and fresh pastries. the fifth-floor restaurant provides authentic turkish cuisine and live music. i saw that the restaurant features nice views of the old town.

my room was clean and well-kept, with comfortable furnishings. the bathroom size was good, with good toiletries. the room was to be newly renovated, with modern decor and functional amenities, it makes me happy.

The room I received was quite small relative to what I paid. There were very limited food options. Only one glass cup was provided in the room, despite there being two of us.
